Individual Therapy

Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes and tailored to your unique needs. Depending on your goals, therapy may focus on managing stress, processing trauma or grief, navigating life transitions, addressing relationship challenges, or building healthier coping skills.

Couples/Family Therapy

Sessions may be 60-90 minutes in length and focus on improving communication and strengthening relationships. Sessions provide a safe space to address conflicts, navigate transitions, and strengthen support systems. Couples and families can develop healthier patterns, improve understanding, and create a more balanced, connected home environment.
